I don’t want to be too shallow with these tips I found on WebMD, but they do appear somewhat sensible:
- Test for hair loss by combing over a pillow for 60 minutes
- Gain muscles faster by changing the order of exercise routines
- Flatten the stomach faster with Pilates exercises to engage deeper abdominal muscles. (huh?)
- Reduce wrinkling with soy and eggs
- Take pain relievers ibuprofen and acetaminophen before working out for 60% more muscle gains
