I don’t want to be too shallow with these tips I found on WebMD, but they do appear somewhat sensible:

  • Test for hair loss by combing over a pillow for 60 minutes
  • Gain muscles faster by changing the order of exercise routines
  • Flatten the stomach faster with Pilates exercises to engage deeper abdominal muscles. (huh?)
  • Reduce wrinkling with soy and eggs
  • Take pain relievers ibuprofen and acetaminophen before working out for 60% more muscle gains
