Beware of these symptoms this winter season, lest you stay clear of strep throat (WebMD):
- Sore throat that comes on rapidly.
- Difficulty swallowing.
- Headaches.
- Fever, sometimes greater than 102° F.
- A raw, red appearance to the back of the throat.
- White pus on tonsils.
- Tender, high lymph nodes in neck.
- Rash.
- Absence of a cough, stuffy nose, or other upper-respiratory symptoms.

Hi Moz! My fascination with health care is definitely odd. I can’t say which one I am, but maybe I’m still holding onto the dream of being a physician someday.
